County of Loudoun

Loudoun County, Virginia, a rapidly urbanizing jurisdiction located approximately 35 miles northwest of Washington, DC, is soliciting proposals from professional bicycle and pedestrian transportation planning professionals to provide consulting services in developing a countywide bicycle and pedestrian mobility master plan. The County is seeking proposals from firms who can provide technical services in the areas of public involvement, plan development, data collection and database design and management, and latent demand analysis.

The deadline for submissions is prior to 3:00 p.m., March 22, 2002. A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 20, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at 1 Harrison Street, Leesburg Virginia.
