The study area is Downtown Los Angeles. We are using the boundaries of the Central City Community Plan Area as defined by the LA Planning Department. Those boundaries are Cesar Chavez Av (N), 10 Fwy (S), Alameda St (E), 110 Fwy (W). A map will be sent with the bid package.

A total of $15,000 has been budgeted for completion of this study. We understand that the budgeted amount may be greater or less than needed to complete all tasks. Staff is currently working on obtaining additional funding, should it become necessary.
