The Regional Planning Commission of Hall County, Grand Island, Wood River and the Villages of Alda, Cairo, Doniphan, Nebraska, is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing Planning Services to the Hall County Regional Planning Commission. These services include Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and Subdivision Regulations updates for Hall County, Grand Island, Wood River, and the Villages of Alda, Cairo, Doniphan, Nebraska and a transportation network update for the City of Grand Island.
