Sunland Tujunga is a bedroom community west of the San Fernando valley but separated by foothills into a separate area - a virtual living laboratory.


The area is dotted with small business which, in most cases, have not made improvements. There are empty business dotted around the neighborhood. Although there has been residential development the business development has not followed. Business leaders want to find ways to encourage new business and development of the businesses that are already here. The area has a specific plan which restricts some businesses from the area. We need to know in which direction to turn.
