David Van Horn, AICP, has joined GRW as Vice President of our Planning Division. Mr. Van Horn has provided professional services to numerous local governments and all branches of the U.S. military for preparation of comprehensive plans and the assessment of land development impacts on public services and facilities, and to numerous and varied private sector clients. Mr. Van Horn has managed planning and economic analysis projects in 19 states, the District of Columbia, Dubai Emirate, Germany, Kenya, the Bahamas, and five Central American countries. He has focused on the relationships between comprehensive planning, environmental resource management, and development economics during his over 25 years as a planning professional.

GRW, Inc. is a full-service engineering, planning, architectural, and digital mapping firm founded in 1964 to provide consulting services to federal, state, municipal and private industry clients. Since that time, GRW has grown to become a national firm with offices in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas.
