Tallahassee-Leon County's New Planning Director

Wayne Tedder is the new planning director for Tallahassee-Leon County, overseeing a staff of 29 employees.

"In addition to maintaining the Tallahassee-Leon County Comprehensive Plan, Tedder's duties will include directing both long-range and current planning on behalf of both city and county governments. He also will coordinate planning with other local, state and federal agencies... Val Hubbard had been interim planning director before Tedder, but quit when city and county officials couldn't agree that she was the right permanent pick for the job."
