The city of Atlanta's latest revitalization plans include an ark-shaped aquarium in the New South area, and the relocation of the World of Coca-Cola Musuem right next to it. In a context in which even city boosters are admitting that "there is nothing to do" in Atlanta, the tourism-oriented strategy has still sparked some debate over the best way to revitalize Atlanta's urban core. Some say "the city should be doing more for its low-income residents, and worry about tourism second."
