the early stages of this crush of development - 3,000 new houses and townhouses, 3 million square feet of office and retail space, and three hotels over the next decade or so - are creating headaches. Neighborhood schools might not have enough room for new students. Roads might not be wide enough to handle traffic...County planners acknowledge that the development onslaught caught them off guard, but they quickly add that there is time to prepare."
