Once traditional white suburbs are now becoming havens for large immigrant families. Most of these suburbs are located in the Sunbelt and are large (over 100,000 residents) and fast growing...There's no official definition of the New Brooklyns. But here are some common characteristics...they are surprisingly large...they're fast growing...they are racially and ethnically diverse
