The City of Albuquerque’s Planning Department is looking for a historic preservation planner to serve as staff to the Landmarks Commission. This position would review/decide Historic Certificates of Appropriateness, help write grants for conservation projects, develop and apply standards and guidelines, and conduct public engagement for new historic districts, landmarks, and overlay zones.
