You are passionate about work that results in strategies to promote great and sustainable places. You are client focused and want to help communities expand in an equitable and sustainable way, by planning for healthy, diverse neighborhoods, balanced economic growth, affordable housing, enhanced transit and public services, new parks and open spaces, and innovative land use investments.
We are seeking candidates with experience in urban planning, real estate economics, public finance, fiscal impact analysis, and regional economic analysis. EPS consultants must have the ability to work with a range of quantitative methods. We rely on our analytics to solve problems that require strategic thinking. Our business requires that we plan and execute project tasks with precision, manage our efforts to meet deadlines, and well represent the firm at all times.
We are hiring consultants at multiple levels in their career from a Research Assistant to a Senior Associate. Whatever your experience, all EPS Consultants will collaborate with EPS Principals, staff and collegial firms, to complete consulting assignments by applying a range of analytical methods and quantitative models to projects related to pressing urban issues such as affordable housing, equitable urban investment, transit, open space, and more. An EPS Consultant may serve as a Project Manager or technical expert and is directly engaged in project research, data analysis, analytical interpretation, strategic advisory, written deliverables, client communications, and presentations.
