This month in the American Planning Association's E-government column, PLANetizen editor Chris Steins showcases how the City of Santa Clarita, California, has developed a sophisticated and elegant e-mail notification system called eNotify that provides up-to-date information on planning topics of interest. The system has eliminated redundancy, streamlined the delivery of information, and cut staff time required for updates.
