A new comprehensive plan designation upheld for Northeast Florida Mega-development.

Administrative law judge rejects challenges to the "new town" comprehensive plan designation for the15,000 acre Nocatee development in Northeast Florida, clearing another legal hurdle for a town that may eventually have 35,000 residents.
