Michael Suhadolnik fills a void by building low-cost, energy effiencient housing with New Urbanism style.
"[Mr. Suhadolnik] acquired 190 acres adjacent to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb and is proposing a 900-unit subdivision, called Savannah Green, with houses priced as low as $110,000."
