5 City IT Projects to Watch in 2014

Here are five urban IT projects that are set to win big this year -- and serve as examples for cities everywhere.

"Cities around the world are making great use of IT to improve citizens' quality of life, whether that means a faster commute to work, easier access to services, or enhanced community participation," writes Mary Jander.
