America’s Top Arrested Developments, In Honor of Sunday's Season 4 Premiere

When the acclaimed series, turned Netflix staple, Arrested Development refreshes on screens across the world for a long-anticipated fourth season, it will renew the settings and stylings of a distinctly American form of familial dysfunction.
