A Peculiar Chinese Take on Mixed Use

Architizer takes us to the Chinese city of Zhuzhou, where a project featuring residences atop a retail podium stretches the definition of mixed use.

Located in the central district of Zhuzhou, the second-largest city in Hunan province, the views from these homes must be great, but be careful where you kick the soccer ball.
