New Jersey's 20 Sprawl-Stopping Recommendations

Committing $1 billion to preserve open space will do just half the job to curb suburban sprawl in New Jersey.

"The state also needs to spend just as much to redevelop cities and older suburbs so developers will have somewhere else to build, according to New Jersey Future, which issued 20 sprawl-stopping recommendations yesterday."
