"President-elect Barack Obama is expected to tap Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion to head the White House Office of Urban Policy as the director of urban affairs, The Post has learned."

"Carrion, 47, was considered a strong contender for several Obama administration positions, including secretary of Housing and Urban Development - which yesterday went to New York City Housing Commissioner Shaun Donovan instead."
