Cuomo HUD Reports Criticized

In the last day of the Clinton administration, HUD spent $200,000 on reports that have been criticized for being aimed at promoting then-Secretary Andrew Cuomo's political career.
Reports published by the Dept. of Housing and Urban development in the last days of the Clinton administration have been criticized for being self-promotional. Several reports contain numerous photographs of then-Secretary Andrew Cuomo. Rep. Robert Ney, R-Ohio, said "These funds could have provided an entire year's worth of housing assistancefor hundreds of poor families across the country."
