Building Hallowed Halls Not Sprawl

The booming border city of Chula Vista, CA has designated land where it will develop a university and research center.
Chula Vista city planners have set aside 1,500 acres in Otay Ranch for what will one day become a university and research center. The city hopes to attract two-year, four-year, and graduate program universities to the campus. The combination of public and private colleges would share facilities on the site.
