The Netherlands Ministry of Spatial Planning takes on the issue of environmental enforcement around the world.
"Despite vast differences in economic, political, social and environmental circumstances around the globe, all countries face formidable challenges in implementing and enforcing environmental regulations... Inspectors, policy makers and lawyers from Costa Rica, Lithuania, The Philippines and the United Kingdom share their personal perspectives on the challenges of environmental enforcement, and discuss some of their country's worst violations."
