LA Business Journal interviews environmentalist who helped to create RECLAIM program
He is called the "godfather" of RECLAIM -- the innovative and controversial market approach to pollution in Los Angeles. Attorney Robert Wyman discusses the South Coast Air Quality Management District's RECLAIM program and his unusual role as an attorney for Latham and Watkins representing the interests of large manufacturers (Edison, Unocal) and an environmentalist: "More attention is being paid to local concerns, including environmental justice issues."
