Urban Planning : Undergraduate
National rankings underscore the Levin College’s dedication to high academic standards and commitment to change America’s cities one graduate at a time. Graduates work across the country in city planning, program development, community organizing, public safety and homeland security, nonprofit administration, environmental and sustainability policy development and analysis, public finance and economic development.
The Levin College offers 13 degree programs. High-performing undergraduate students can jump-start their professional careers by completing their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in five years.
The Urban Studies program teaches how public policy decisions affect daily lives, and equips students with the tools necessary to make positive change. Courses come from diverse fields such as urban planning, public management, political science, and environmental studies. Many graduates find the urban affairs majors to be a strong foundation for advanced study in law, urban planning, public administration, or environmental policy and management.
