City Ventures is currently seeking a full-time Development Associate to help the Vice President of Development secure entitlements and permits for development sites across Southern California. A Development Associate is expected to perform land use research, financial analysis and project management coordination including: researching entitlements and government fees, preparing and submitting project applications, pulling permits, collecting market comps, coordinating professional consultants, and managing internal processes. Additionally, a Development Associate is expected to coordinate due diligence activities including land planning, environmental review, title research and other duties as assigned. The position is based in our Irvine office; however, a significant amount of time will be spent driving throughout Southern California for meetings and site visits.
