Lose Design is seeking a talented Planner to join our team in our Nashville, TN, Knoxville, TN, or Atlanta, GA offices.

Planner

  • Candidates for the Planner position ideally will have two (2) to five (5) years of experience with increasing responsibilities.
  • Candidates shall be proficient in GIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software programs.
  • Candidates should have a foundational understanding of planning principles, zoning and entitlement processes, writing skills, public engagement methods, and public speaking skills.
  • AICP certification is beneficial, but not required for this position.

The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with Lose Design team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills. Special consideration will be given to candidates with documented experience or interest in parks and recreation planning and comprehensive planning.
