- Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, social science or public administration field.
LICENSE and/or CERTIFICATION:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY(IES):
- Effective oral/written communication skills.
- MS Office or similar software skills.
Current Planning: Intake of zoning change applications, assist applicants with application submittal and general process questions. Review minor amendments to specific use permit site plans, landscape plans and development plans. Process requests for development plan approval. Review general zoning change applications and applications for the renewal of specific use permits. Coordinate internal staff review meeting agenda and internal staff rotation calendar for zoning application intake. Prepare public notices and staff reports for City Plan Commission and City Council hearings.
