$45,483-$54,580 with a 3% Cost of Living Increase as of October 1, 2019, DOQ + Full Benefits

The City is looking for a talented planner to join our current planning development review team.  Candidates must have experience reviewing site plans, site construction plans, conditional uses, preliminary and final plats, and other planning applications.  Other necessary skills include preparation of reports; research and analysis of various planning issues; customer service; and presentation skills.  In addition to salary, the City offers an excellent benefit package.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning or related field supplemented by 3-years of professional planning or equivalent experience or education.  Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered as an underfill to the position as a Planner I.  Master’s degree and AICP certification are encouraged.  Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver’s License.
