Infrastructure Financing Program Supervisor
The Infrastructure Financing Program Supervisor is responsible to plan, organize, direct and supervise various infrastructure financing proposals and programs including, but not limited to, Community Facilities Districts (CFD's) and Capital Facilities Fees (CFF's); and to perform a variety of technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility.
Four years of professional administrative or managerial experience performing fiscal and project management related to community development. Experience in a public agency is highly desirable. Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree form an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, economics, accounting, or related field. A Master's degree in one of these areas may substitute for one of the above-required non-supervisory years of experience.
License or Certificate:
Depending upon assignment, a valid California driver's license may be required.
