The Strategy team serves a unique role within View.  The team addresses key market barriers, establishes the core messages for each customer segment, provides in-depth support on key sales opportunities, leads partnerships with industry organizations and academics, and measures View’s impact using the metrics that matter to customers.  

The  Developer Strategy Manager will be responsible for serving as an internal and external subject matter expert for the office sector and other income-producing real estates such as multifamily, aviation, and healthcare.  This position is for someone with a passion for commercial real estate and a deep curiosity about the challenges and opportunities of technology adoption at scale.  The Developer Strategy Manager will have significant exposure to senior staff and visibility into discussions about the company’s market approach at a time of fast-paced growth. 


  • Serve as a subject matter partner for the sales team on priority opportunities
  • Help customers determine the best way to pay for View and maintain related financial models
  • Work with customers to incorporate View into their leasing, marketing, and property management activities


  • Graduate degree and at least four years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly, and strategically tailor the content to the audience.
  • Substantial quantitative experience, including cash flow modeling.
  • Proven track record of executing projects with measurable results
  • Creative, independent, self-starter with proven experience in time and task management
  • Positive, self-driven individuals with a hunger to learn will be most successful

 Location: Milpitas CA.  This position will require travel.
