PGAV Planners is seeking a creative, experienced Project Manager to join our team! The candidate can expect to work on comprehensive plans, corridor studies, community development projects, economic development plans, development finance, market analyses, and tax revenue studies.
Project Managers are responsible for managing projects from start to finish within determined schedules and budgets, interacting with clients one-on-one, writing reports, and presenting at public meetings.
The selected candidate will be a well-organized self-starter who can manage large-scale, long-term projects and ensure a quick turnaround on important short-term deadlines. The candidate will also represent themselves and the firm well during client interactions, public presentations, and business development efforts.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master's Degree in City & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Business Administration, Public Administration, GIS, or related field.
Three to five years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of urban planning, community development, economic development, and real estate development principles.
Strategic, hard-working, and creative.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
