Light Rail As Community Development Tool

Light rail has transformed one of Denver's most dangerous neighborhoods.
"The metro area's original light-rail line terminates in what has historically been labeled one of Denver's most dangerous neighborhoods. But developers and others supporters of the Five Points neighborhood say it no longer deserves its reputation and the light-rail line is a big reason why the area is becoming more prosperous and safer."
