In a "real life version of Sim City", Sydney Australia plans its growth.
"A suburb the size of Canberra may be forced on Sydney, but planners are determined to make it better than previous growth spurts...The real life challenge is to work out how to accommodate Sydney's burgeoning population, without an environmental or social disaster and within the state's budget."
