Honesty And Seattle's Monorail Tax

Seattle's Monorail Tax will show just how honest the city is says Bill Radke.
"Here's the deal: Seattle residents will pay for the monorail with an annual 1.4 percent motor vehicle excise tax. If you have a $20,000 car, you'd pay $280. But wait -- if you register your car to a post office box outside the city, you're home free."
