Buffalo's New World Street Market aims to improve life on the West Side one street at a time.
"Enterprising group of citizens in Buffalo's Lower West Side begin an innovative and holistic grassroots effort to revive a stretch of Connecticut Street through the establishment of a push-cart vendor district, reclamation of vacant lots for new greenspace, and the introduction of public art and street performance."
