Results of a yearlong Balanced Growth Initiative in Winnebago County arenow available. Undertaken by the Winnebago County Board and created byTeska Associates, Inc. and the Metropolitan Planning Council, the report includes information on economic development, fiscal stability, naturalresources, agriculture, open space, viable/livable communities andinfrastructure.
