Reinventing the urban commercial strip - Fort Worth style.
The city has a new vision for revitalizing aging commercial corridors by breaking the zoning mold and allowing mixed uses of appropriate densities. "Bringing people back into aging commercial areas means loosening suburban-style regulations and zoning standards, planners say."
