How can Cuba save it's deteriorating architectural treasures with the arrival of capitalist urban development?
"The architects and urban planners fear that if U.S. sanctions against Cuba are lifted as some expect, developers will move in and destroy the identity of one of the world's most eclectic cities. Havana's architecture ranges from Spanish colonial mansions to art deco gems and mobster-built hotels of the 1950s."
