Alaska Wildlife Refuge Drilling Vote Nears

Republicans are having trouble getting enough votes for allowing drilling the the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
"Conditions may never have been better for getting the U.S. Senate to authorize oil wells in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Gasoline prices are high and war is imminent, which gives drilling proponents fresh fears to exploit...Still they're having trouble getting to 50 votes.
