Three lawsuits threaten the State of New Jersey's $175 million recovery plan for Camden.
"Three lawsuits threaten the state's $175 million recovery plan, touted as Camden's last best chance for getting the clean water, safe streets and good schools other towns take for granted.If the cases challenging the recovery plan's constitutionality prevail in court this week, the deal may die.And if the deal dies, so goes most hope of convincing politicians from upstate to vote again to give the gritty city by the river another extra dime."
