Crime-ridden cities are installing surveillance cameras to prevent crime.
" Soon, Richmond will join a handful of crime-ridden cities, including Washington and Baltimore, that use cameras to prevent crime.They started in banks and at ATM machines to catch robbers and vandals. Now, they're used in cities across the country to deter and detect crime 24 hours a day."
