Downtown Living: A Green Choice?

Living in a downtown condominium is an environmentally-friendly choice.
"They have freedom from the car. Their heat use is minimal. Their high-rise buildings are concrete, not wood, and should be enduring. The amount of land their individual dwelling takes up, given that they are stacked on top of each other on a small footprint, is tiny compared to a suburban quarter-acre lot.They're solving sprawl and traffic congestion one story at a time, and having fun doing it. "
