A Radical Solution For Traffic Congestion Needed

Seattle needs to redirect transportation dollars to develop mass transit.
"Seattle needs a radical solution to its traffic congestion, not only for transportation needs but also for our economy and quality of life. We must stop building for automobiles and put our transportation investment into mass transit. We need a rapid transit system that enables city residents to reduce auto use by at least one auto per household."
