A universivally-accessible building uses talking signs, tactile floors, and transclucent wall systems.
"Talking signs. Tactile floors. Translucent wall systems that let light in.A technologically advanced, universally accessible...building that guides people through it...As they traverse the building, tactile 3-D Braille signs with speakers will tell them where they are. Dark borders edging a bone-coloured tile floor will highlight where floor turns to wall. "
