The report examines the 189 state and local measures and reports on how they fared. Also featured are profiles ofcommunities that were successful, as well as suggestions for othercommunities interested in passing similar conservation measures. Overall75percent of the ballot measures were passed, generating $10 billion forconservation funding, including $5.5 billion for purchasing andrestoringopen space.
