Denver's New Beltway Loop A Boon To Development

The old real estate maxim "location, location, location" is being replaced with the mantra "water, water, water."
"The 470 beltway that eventually will loop the Denver metro area could generate as much as $35 billion in private development over the next 20 years, a top planner said... Dawe said the future development isn't sprawl, because sprawl is unplanned growth, while all the cities along the 470 beltway have been planning for the development for years."
