Phoenix's New Underground People Mover

A new underground people mover will ferry passengers from Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport to the proposed light rail system.
"The whoosh of 'people movers,' from quiet trains to monorails, is heard in major airports across the country. Soon, Phoenix will have its own version... City officials studied several systems before choosing one similar to those at Chicago's O'Hare, San Francisco and Newark Liberty international airports, said David Cavazos, assistant aviation director for Phoenix, which operates the airport."
