Sprawl Is New Jersey's 'Greatest Threat'

Gov. James E. McGreevey blames urban sprawl for New Jersey's problems.
"Taking on suburban sprawl in his first State of the State address, Gov. James E. McGreevey yesterday declared overdevelopment "the greatest threat to our quality of life" and said mayors should be empowered to ban all new construction in their towns for a year."
