Giuliani Pans Second Set Of WTC Designs

Former New York Mayor Rudi Giuliani pans the second set of designs for the World Trade Center.
"'[The] first thing that needs to be accomplished there is that the significance of the place has to be captured, and it has to be placed in a historical context that would make people proud of us 50 and 100 years from now, and I don't think any of the designs that I saw accomplish that,' the former mayor said... 'They have too much crowded in. They're trying to do too much.'"
