RI Town Seeks To Redevelop Entire Village

Aging Providence suburb plans to completely rebuild one of its small mill villages using special tax incentives and a development partnership.
The West Warwick Town Council is poised to consider enlisting Universal Properties Group to develop a large swath of the town's Arctic business section, a project that could take more than a decade and cost, by the developer's own account, at least $100 million.
